Christmas Puddings Contaminated

A range of special 2008 Christmas puddings have been pulled from the shelves amid fears of contamination!

The unbranded Christmas Puddings are said to be contaminated with higher than average levels of cupronickel, an alloy of copper and nickel.

Consumers are being asked to be careful when buying Christmas puddings and to report any suspicions  that they have bought Christmas Puddings contaminated with any substance.

Contaminated Christmas puddings are 2nd only to poorly defrosted turkeys which are the number 1 cause of tummy bugs over the festive holiday.
