I have been trying to register a suspended domain for the past fortnight and wrote to Nominet to confirm my belief that domains become available after they have been suspended for 90 days.

Trying again this morning I find the domain has been registered by a known cyber squatter and looking at the companywho registered it I see they are Nominet members who register domains and then sell them again at vastly inflated prices.

 I have no problem with this in general, we all know it is a first come first served basis with Nominet. But should Nominet members be allowed to register names and then resell them?

Are they getting inside information from Nominet and are they abusing the Nominet DAC (Domain Availability Checker)?
