TQ is a UK product design and development company manufacturing products in China. Working with SME''s and entrepreneurs who don''t have their own resopurses in the UK or China. We mechanically engineer and electronically develop custom products for manufacturing in batches or to a continuous production schedule. Products are designed and engineered in the UK, our toolmaking, electronics and manufacturing facilities are in China where our focus is on QC as well as CAPA (corrective action preventative action). Throughout development TQ will advise customers on the choice of materials and production processes to reduce investment costs to a minimum. We can generate complete electronic solutions from customers product ideas, these include hardware specification, software development, complete bill of materials (BOM), schematics and detailed circuit diagrams. We try to use available modules where possible meaning development times are drastically reduced, along with cost. We have developed solutions for specialised timer devices, retail barcode reader systems, with induction charging functionality, electronic educational products, Specialized LED reading lamps, RFID modules, telecommunication products (including internet phones), automatic pump controllers, diagnostic instrumentation, PIR light level and occupancy detectors. TQ manufacturers injection moulding and other types of production tooling as part of our design-to-manufacture business model. We also manufacture specialised tooling for export to the UK and other countries as a standalone service. Products we have designed and developed; Dect phones, IP phones, USB phones, video phones, video intercom phones, routers, laser printers, set-top DVB boxes, DVR digital recorders, portable blood sampler, patient monitor, de-fibrilator ,geiger counter, pat tester, eco heat saving products, satelite receivers, HDD products, rfid products, bar scanners, finger-print entry system, educational products, beauty products and many more.
