Time 4 You - Reflexology provides a Clinical Reflexology Service for adults within Telford and surrounding areas, to help promote health and being. Reflexology is a gentle non invasive therapy which is deeply relaxing for the mind and body. By pressing certain reflex points on the feet, these in turn correspond to different organs and systems of the body and this encourages the body to rebalance and heal on a holistic level. Reflexology can be used to treat a variety of stress related conditions including insomnia, digestive complaints, headaches, tension and anxiety to name a few. Some people also like to have the treatment as a form of time out and pure relaxation. My treatment service offers : flexible hours/ days of work to suit the client a mobile service so I can come to you a friendly , professional approach aftercare and nutritional advice if required I am fully qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and Nutrition (MAR) and have a background of working in Psychology and the Supported Housing sector for around 20 years with a variety of different client groups and settings.
