Having owned her own fitness business in London for 12 years valerie is also very experienced in understanding and treating a wide range of sporting injuries. She is a member of the British Acupuncture Council and continues her education by attending courses at Westminster University, the London School of Traditional Acupuncture and the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.
