Blackwater Alpacas

Situated in North Essex adjacent to the River Blackwater is the 12 acre smallholding home to the Blackwater Alpaca herd. We have 35 alpacas of various colours and both types huacaya and suri. All our alpacas are British Alpaca Society registered. They are all friendly and will eat from hand, many are halter trained. We have a stud service available. We offer alpaca adoption and also husbandry services to those people wanting an experienced alpaca breeder to carry out vaccinations and husbandry. We have several animals for sale including whole males suitable for stud, neutered pet males, maiden females, pregnant females, females with cria (baby) at foot and non breeding females suitable as companion animals or for use when weaning cria.
