This firm had a requirement for quick, efficient and flexible company formations and the ability to provide a reliable company secretarial service for their clients, and in turn their client''s companies. Once the offering was developed, it became clear that other professional firms of both lawyers and accountants wanted to offer the same services to their clients. However our customers do not all have professional backgrounds and we wanted to ensure that the entrepreneur got the service that best suited their needs. By tailoring our two website offerings separately to the professional firm and the individual entrepreneur we can now offer a tailored service to clients at different ends of the spectrum. We can incorporate for you a new Private Company Limited by Shares (Ltd) using our standard model articles - in a name of your choice (subject to availability). This will be at your chosen registered office, appointing Directors and a Company Secretary. In addition, you can allot one class of ordinary shares as per your own requirements. By appointing CoInc Secretaries Limited as your Company Secretary we can assist you in complying with all your filing requirements with Companies House for an annual fee
