I have over 10 years experience in the counselling and Psychotherapy sector with Certificates and Diploma in counselling and Advanced Certificates in Transactional Analysis My theory base is Transactional Analysis, which offers a way of understanding personality, behaviour and relationships - its practice is firmly grounded in a respectful therapeutic relationship. I am an accredited member of the BACP and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I am committed to my own personal and professional development, regularly attending seminars, workshops and reading journals. Clients are able to learn a comprehensive range of self help tools, including relaxation and grounding techniques for everyday use to help with stressful conditions.
