I am a qualified counsellor working with individuals for therapy in the South Manchester, Stockport and Cheshire areas. Most usually sessions are face to face but I do offer counselling over the telephone and via the internet (E-mail or Skype) if preferred. I have experience working with clients to help them through a wide range of issues. Examples of these are anxiety, depression, stress, sexuality, self confidence and self esteem, relationship issues, anger management, career matters, addictions, bereavement, grief and loss. As an Integrative Therapist I prefer to use various therapeutic approaches when working with my clients, rather than limiting myself to just one. The advantage of this is that I can work with a broader range of issues and am able to choose the best suited and most relevant method for my client at every therapy session; thus providing a tailor-made approach for each client.
