Cley Smokehouse have been producing freshly smoked fish, shellfish, cured meats, and delicious home made patés for over 30 years. At Cley Smokehouse our philosophy is simple. To deliver a first class product, ethically sourced from the best ingredients, prepared by local craftsmen. All our smoked fish and smoked meats are prepared on site without the use of artificial colours or dyes, our delicious patés are produced in our own kitchens and, in season, crabs and lobster are landed from our own beach boat. Our Smoked Salmon is Oak smoked and sliced by hand. We have a range of cured Salmons from traditional Gravlax to a Lavender-Citrus cure, a really unique culinary experience probably not available anywhere else in the world!
