Peace of Me offers a fun and unique style of teaching meditation and mindfulness to young people, creating meditations as unique as each child. I offer 1-to-1 and group sessions, either online or in person (Colchester area only), with bespoke activities to help your child through any issues, worries or concerns. I work with children of all ages and abilities, as well as those with SEN, ADHD, autism and trauma. The classes will empower your child to work with their feelings and emotions, cope with life's challenges and improve their mental wellbeing.
