My name is Ruth and I am trained as a Reiki Master / Teacher. I am based from home but also go mobile covering Aberdeenshire and Moray. I can also send distance healing, if distance is an issue. I believe that we are each responsible for our own health and well being, and Reiki healing is a very efficient tool for clearing energy blockages through the chakras that eventually lead to physical symptoms. Reiki also heals on an emotional and spiritual level so has unlimited value for an improved quality of life, spiritual growth, also a deeper understanding of yourself. I can testify to this process having gone through it. My background is from a psychological perspective, rather than medical so the emphasis is on self help, However I am able to assist with this process with the use of Reiki energy to make the process easier. I am also currently studying life coaching, CBT, Colour Therapy and Stress management, so will be able to offer these services soon.
