Clients often seek counselling because they feel stuck, confused or unhappy with their lives. At times a client needs help with an inner conflict which is having a detrimental effect on their life and their relationships. Counselling helps people to make sense of their thoughts and feelings and to move forward with a greater sense of wellbeing. I work with individuals and couples, helping them to improve communication, develop an awareness and understanding of themselves and others, improve intimacy and achieve a sense of wellbeing and balance in their lives and in their relationships. A couple may decide that they do not wish to continue with their relationship and in such instances I will work with them to ensure an amicable separation particularly where children are involved. I am also a practicing Relate Counsellor. As a Mediator, I provide a mediation service for workplace conflict/grievance procedures, service provider/service user conflict/complaints, neighbour and family conflict, helping people to resolve conflict in their personal or working lives. As a Life Coach I help people achieve the changes they desire in their lives. This diversity of knowledge, skills and expertise enhances the services I provide to clients.
