1 on 1 Personal Training was set up with the sole intention of doing what the name implies. It is based around 1 personal trainer, 1 client and the best results available. I have found that some people dont always achieve the results they want or deserve from training in a gym, others just dont like setting foot in busy gyms for various reasons. With these people in mind I decided to set up a studio containing all of the equipment you could hope to find in any good mainline gym and dedicate it to a single client with absolutely no distracions, just results. I am a pasionate, experienced, results driven trainer who offers the best service around at an unbelievable price.
