As part of our quality assurance, prior to legal completion of your property, our Managing Director will visit your home to confirm he is happy with the standard of finish and quality. One of the team will then visit your home with you to carry out a comprehensive inspection in order to confirm there are no outstanding issues or inaccuracies. Upon completion of your property we will once again accompany you to your home to advise on technical issues, i.e how to work the heating system, boiler, etc, and to complete outstanding paperwork, including taking meter readings and assisting with the completion of warranty documentation. As part of our after sales, we will re-visit you within 14 days of your occupation to ensure that you are satisfied with your new home. We further offer visits of 6 months and 12 months after occupation.
