Harrogate Counselling

I am a fully qualified and experienced Counsellor/Psychotherapist, and a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy). My practice is based at the Complimentary Therapy Suite at Pannal Surgery, Harrogate, North Yorkshire. I work with individuals, covering a wide range of issues including: anxiety, stress, panic, depression, bereavement, self-esteem, relationships, and more. I work in a client-centred way, which means I will try to understand your difficulties from your perspective, so we can work together in a way which suits your individual needs most appropriately. I may therefore draw on different techniques and interventions, depending on your issue and what you wish to achieve from counselling. We would discuss this from the outset of therapy and I will always offer you a choice about ways forward.
