My name is Tony Marke, or TM to my friends. My whole life has been about keeping fit and staying healthy. If I’m not training myself for an event I’m training other people for their events. I currently manage a corporate fitness & wellbeing centre for a multi-million dollar company based at their European head quarters. I’m also a Personal Trainer and have trained many people from all walks of life from Corporate Lawyers, Investment Bankers and Global IT Directors. As well as being a personal trainer I also run my own Personal Training business which incorporates weekly outdoor fitness classes, Boxercise classes and circuit classes for groups and individuals alike. In addition to the training and exercise, I also advise on all matters nutrition and can help devise your ideal, bespoke healthy eating plan.
