With over ten years experience in treatment of sports injuries and the facilitation of remedial massage our therapists have a diverse range of experience including employment with various sports clubs, event management and providing education and support in the business sector. Our work includes corporate and home visits as well as clinic based appointments treating a range of conditions from sports injury prevention and management, corrective soft tissue treatments as well as more generalised massage to alleviate physical and mental stress. Our aim is to maximise the healing and physical potential for all of our clients. Using advanced massage techniques and guided rehabilitation we consistently achieve this.
