Training Provider offering National Vocational Qualifications in all sectors for small to medium businesses in the West Midlands. TBG Learning currently have a large amount of Government funding available to us from the Skills Funding Agency, and as a result, we are able to offer a wide variety of NVQ qualifications, in the majority of cases, totally free of charge to employers. It is my belief that many of these will prove to be of great value to many of your employees. Some of the courses that may be useful to you are as follows: Business Administration Customer Service Hospitality Food Service Team Leading Warehousing Business improvement -Quality IT user Skills Management Retail These courses are all delivered in the work place so there is no requirement for your employees to go to College. We will only take up to 1-2 hrs every 2-3 weeks of their time. The advantage of this type of delivery is we can see your employees in practice "hands on experience" in turn we do not need to see employee''s sat in a class room taking valuable business time away from your establishment. NVQs - Work Based qualifications: The Nationally recognised qualifications are designed around the competence based skills people use at work and cover all types and levels of work. Each qualification is made up of a number of units of competence. These units set out what tasks and individual must be able to do and how the national standards should be met. National standards are set by national employer led bodies, who establish exactly what skills are needed to do each job well. The qualification is achieved when sufficient credits have been achieved.
