When someone has a query/order/request or anything else they would like to know about placing an order they are kept up to date all the time about the progress of what is happening. If someone places an order, a design is drawn and sent for approval. If things need to be changed then they can be at any time at this stage. Once the design is complete and the customer is happy they are quoted for free. This can also all be done as a free consultation face to face to talk through ideas. The best advice is given depending on the customer''s requirements. If the quote is agreed they will be notified as to when the job will be starting. During the time spent to make what the customer has asked for they will be kept up to date with the progress via email/social media or a way they would prefer. Pictures of the progress will also be sent if possible, giving the customer more freedom to change things as it happens if they are not totally happy. Once the job is complete, the customer will be notified of this and payment should then be made. Payment can be made with cash or bank transfer. If the customer prefers to pay with a cheque, this is possible but the goods wont be released until the cheque has cleared. Once payment has been recieved, the goods will be delivered to the customer. Depending on distance, a charge may be applied but this will all be in the original quote. If the customer would prefer, they can collect the item themselves.
