Helping Hands For You

Whether you have got to the age where certain things are a bit of a struggle, whether you just need help with one or two things, whether a companion is needed for getting out and about or you have young children and need time off or help around the house, we are here to give you that helping hand. We believe that everyone needs their independence, but sometimes we just need a helping hand. We pride ourselves on giving our customers just the help that is needed to make their days a little easier. Our services include: Housework, Shopping, Companionship in the home and to get to appointments etc, Meals, Basic Gardening and Maintenance around the home, Babysitting, daytime or evening. We are based in Portsmouth, and cover Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. Our opening times are 9am - 6pm, 7 days a week, but we can accommodate out of hours if it is needed.
