Mailing and Packing – multiple format print output with capacity to send out over 500,000 mail items per week. We provide high quality laser personalisation. We specialise in high volume hand collation and offer machine insertion for letters up to a size C5. We utilise our own Mail Sortation facilities to maximise discount in regard to the Royal Mail’s PIP Regime. If need be we can purchase and supply required packaging. We can prepare sampling packs for consumer events. Contact Centre – 24 seated call centre with inbound, outbound and email capability for customer service or telemarketing. In-house data capture operations equipped to deal with consumer responses (e.g. competitions) via post, telephone, fax, SMS and online channels. E-Commerce – Granby can provide a range of services to maximise the increasing use of electronic commerce. We have the facilities to receive orders, process payments and despatch goods.
