I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner & EFT Practitioner who works with clients on a one-to-one basis, and with groups for therapy and personal development and empowerment. My core beliefs are that everyone deserves to feel good about themselves (yes, that means you!), and to feel empowered, and that everyone has within them all the resources they need or the means to create them to live a healthy & productive emotional life. My approach is integrative and person centred, which means we will work together on your goals, helping you reach for your dreams, and listen to your inner self, to feel what you want to feel. Sessions may incorporate NLP techniques, analytical hypnotherapy, counselling, age regression, direct suggestion, indirect suggestion, meridian therapies (EFT), and I utilise what you bring to the sessions. I offer solution focused therapy, goal oriented coaching, and a way to find the fulfilment you desire for your life now and in the future. I can show you how to access those resources, those positive emotional states, simply and quickly, to bring about permanent change for you! I work with all problems that are psychological/emotional in nature including: Anxieties, Depression, Phobias, Panic Attacks, Confidence & Self-esteem, Weight Management & Reduction, Smoking Cessation, Stress Management, Sexual Dysfunction and more.
