My name is Colin Senior. I am an Accredited Practitioner of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I am also registered with the UK register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (UKRCP) And hold a Diploma in Counselling (dip couns) I work according to the BACP Codes of Ethics, Confidentiality and Good Practice. I offer both short and long term therapy to couples and individuals tailoring the service to meet your needs. The first session, which lasts for about 80 minutes, can help to clarify the difficulties you are experiencing and gives you the opportunity to tell me why you would like counselling at this time, what you hope to get from it and the changes you would like to make. After our initial meeting you can then decide if you would like to do some counselling work with me or take more time to make your decision. People come to counselling to talk about personal, emotional and relationship problems. Change can be difficult but counselling can lead to increased understanding, awareness and acceptance of yourself through resolving difficult feelings from the past or in the present allowing life to move forward more positively Day and evening appointments are available. Home visits are also available. My prices start from £30 per session, concessions available. These are some of the difficulties people come to talk to me about and make changes for themselves.
