HarpendenJKA Karate

Beginners and experienced karateka are welcome to join us on Tuesdays from 7 to 8.30 pm (experienced), Thursdays 6 to 7 pm (Beginners) and Thursdays 7 to 8.30 pm (experienced). Black belt 3rd Dan instructor affiliated to the World Renowned Japan Karate Association. Beginners should wear loose fitting track suit bottoms and t shirt. Special beginners' courses are available including free karate suit (special terms apply). Benefits include increased fitness and co-ordination, cardio vascular improvement, and confidence.
