We are the longest established studio devoted only to Drums and Latin Percussion in Bedfordshire. The facilities are excellent and unsurpassed by any other in our local area. Important facts about Stix that you may not find elsewhere: •Lessons are private and individual given by a World Class Professional Musician of over 30 years known globally as a Master Drummer •We are acknowledged by the government and music industry •Awarded "Excellence in Achievement to Children" 2006 •2004 "Lifetime Achievement Award" Nominee •The Studio is in a secure airconditioned commercial premise on the High Street. (not a residence) •EVERY style, technique and grade of drums taught including theory and double bass drum technique •Students are male and female from about the age of 6 and some are professional session drummers, teachers and clinicians •We have taught teachers, session drummers, actors, apprentices, BBC Bitesize, The Mix and Rock School •We are open ALL year, not just during term time and also weekends and late nights •None of the lessons are groups or shared •We offer your first lesson FREE •Payments are monthly not per term •We produce music videos for online use •We can repair cymbals and drums
