First Step Maybe you''ve been thinking about changing things for a while. If you know you can do it on your own, then take the first step and change something (often all it takes is one first step). If help would be good, then call us for a free chat. Ask us any questions to help you work out whether coaching is right for you. First Session We see corporate clients face to face throughout the UK. Typically we meet with personal clients in the Central Belt in Scotland. We offer two options for the initial session, an informal meeting over coffee or a one hour session at your choice of location. There is no fee for this session. Typically sessions last between 50 and 90 minutes. Corporate clients may follow a 6 monthly coaching intervention with monthly meetings. Individual clients may prefer a more tailored approach, perhaps working over a shorter period of 3 to 4 months. Flexibility is always our priority.
