We supply waiting on staff, bar, housekeeping and kitchen staff, receptionists, porters, chefs and management. We currently deal with Ramada Jarvis Hotels, Best Western, Handpicked hotels, Zola Hotels, Forestdale Group, TRG Plc. also many private individual hotels, restaurants and pubs to name but a few. We can supply staff from the Sussex coast to the Northern most parts of Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey. As an agency we have specialized in the catering field for sixteen years, supplying over five hundred establishments with live in applicants from France, Spain, Slovakia, Latvia, Poland, Lithuania, South Africa. Placements are for a minimum of six months unless clients specify otherwise. We can also supply staff on short term contracts to cover peak season and Christmas requirements. In return for this service for waitresses, waiters, bar, kitchen porters we will charge you a discounted one off placement fee which our normal rate is charged at the equivalent to the first week’s salary plus vat. For the placement of chefs and management our normal rate is charged at £900.00 plus vat. Christmas staff placement fee is £ 150.00 +Vat from November to January.
