Our aim is to provide FUN FITNESS for everyone that takes part in one of our sessions or team building days, whether you are new to training or an experienced athlete everyone is welcome. All of our sessions are conducted outdoors and are instructed by either ex or serving members of the Armed Forces, our Instructors all hold the relevant fitness qualifications and they will be happy to drive you to achieve Your Goals! If you are bored of the gym, new to training or just looking for a challenge, then our group training sessions are the place for you! All our sessions will be completely different as we use different instructors on each session, each session will consist of many different types of training, a lot based around team work!
