''Reiki'' means univeral life force energy in Japanese and is a channelled healing therapy. During a treatment, you will recline fully dressed upon a comfortable massage bed, and I will place my hands gently obe your body in a sequence of positions allowing energy to flow directly where required to enable healing on a mental, emotional and physical level. Reiki is particularly helplful for dealing with problems such as anxiety and depression and physical pain. It will not interfere with any medical treatment and is safe for all ages. I currently use my reiki therapy in the Marie Curie hospice for cancer sufferers and carers.
