Our team consists of three people, a Chartered Building Surveyor, Construction Manager and practice manager. We also have an in house tradesman who undertakes small works on behalf of our clients. Daniel Cooper has been working with Listed buildings since the beginning of his training period in 1995. He has a degree in Geography from The University of Nottingham, a Diploma in Surveying from The College of Estate Management and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Daniel is currently undertaking an MSc in Conservation of the Built Environment. We mainly work within the South East including Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge and specialise in Listed and heritage buildings.
