Established in 1992 Sitecroft has consistently produced its projects on time, within budge, with completion handovers to satisfied clients. Sitecroft undertakes most forms of construction and is happy to provide the following services: • Estimates for standard construction service for clients who already have an approved design and permission to construct. • We are expert at working with clients to develop their ideas into a full design and build service, including negotiating all necessary Planning and Building Regulation consents. • Sitecroft is a developer as well as a contractor and is happy to enter into Joint Venture Agreements with landowners and financiers. • Sitecroft is able to undertake a full range and scale of work from domestic extensions through to complete residential or commercial redevelopments. Mr Harrison is Sitecroft''s Managing Director, he was previously Chairman of McCarthy and Stone Developments which he left in 1992 after 20 years with the company, when he set up Sitecroft Ltd. At McCarthy and Stone plc he was responsible for the company''s construction operations in the UK working at one point in time on over 100 development sites spread across the country completing over 2,700 unit sales in any one year. The work was the design and build of sheltered retirement housing and the design and construction of care homes, 6 of which were built before the sale of the care home portfolio to BUPA. The Harrison Property Consultancy a property management and business consultancy service was also set up when he left McCarthy & Stone. His consultancy clients, during the last housing crisis in the early 90''s, included TSB, Alliance and Leicester and the National Home Loans Corporation. Harry is very familiar with the constraints and requirements of working with the elderly and The Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). Sitecroft''s Construction Director is Andrew Taplin Bsc. (Hons) ICIOB who has been with the company for 15 years. He is capable of undertaking detailed design work as well as full supervision duties with particular emphasis on Quality and Health and Safety. Andrew is a qualified CDM co-coordinator under the 2007 Regulations. Sitecroft has recently completed four affordable housing projects in Pennington, Lymington, Christchurch and Poole for Housing Associations under contract to Churchill Retirement Living Limited of Ringwood. Our recent completed project was a commercial joint venture scheme in Verwood comprising 6 offices and five shops. Sitecroft''s Directors are dedicated and have the proven management and field experience to ensure that contracts are completed to the satisfaction of everyone involved, with employees, subcontractors, and suppliers all working together to complete projects successfully. Currently Sitecroft is working with Hampshire County Council on the refurbishment of a leisure centre whilst it is still open to the public. Whatever the size of the contract we place great emphasis on build quality and craftsmanship, project management and attention to detail. Sitecroft provides a good post sale support service to assist you in any way we can. All our new build properties can be covered, where appropriate, by new build guarantees through the NHBC with whom we have an ''A1’ rating.
