Luxury Fruitcakes made in small batches, using quality ingredients; local where possible. The cakes are made with great care by owner, Gilly. When baking is complete they are allowed to mature for a few weeks. Whilst maturing the Cranberry based fruitcakes are ''fed'' with port and the Ginger and Pineapple fruitcakes are given a generous ''tot'' of brandy. These square shaped cakes are produced in various sizes , from tiddly 2" to a family sized 6". When the cakes are ready for market, they are packaged and finished with elegant Cornish National Tartan ribbon. Once tasted, never forgotten. You decide, we provide.
