Now 52, I have always been involved in some sort of fitness since schooldays. I have tried most types of exercise and seen the varying quality of instruction at classes and gyms. Having suffered from a bad back myself (probably due to poor technique, years of nursing and subsequent poor posture) in my search for relief I came across Pilates which I found changed my outlook on the fitness industry. So I turned to instruction and my philosophy is to keep my classes small, friendly and inviting. Kinesiology has proven excellent at sorting body imbalances and demonstrating food incompatibilities.
