You wont regret it! My story was featured in Take It Easy Magazine - Sunday People in Aug 10. Zumba has given me a new lease of life, despite all the difficulties I have had. If I can do it, so can you! I cue the moves, have smaller / safe classes in regulated leisure/sports centres. I hold insurance , Health & Safety and First Aid certificate.
