We are a small and friendly well established golf society based in Winsford Cheshire. The society was originally formed by some of the regulars who frequented the Princes Feathers public house in Winsford but our membership has grown and we now have 18 members who live throughout Cheshire and Merseyside.
We welcome new members who enjoy good friendly competition and comradeship and enjoy playing different courses located in Cheshire, Merseyside and North Wales.

If you are looking for a friendly golf society with an emphasis on the word fun, or just interested in playing the occasional game at other members courses The Salty Golf Society is for you! We play private and public courses all over the north west, covering Winsford, Northwich, Sandbach, Crewe, Warrington, Chester and as far as north Wales. There are two 36 hole cup golf weekends every year and a Golf Society League throughout the year. MONTHLY AND YEARLY PRIZES TO BE WON. We welcome all levels of players with or without a handicap so if you would like to join in the fun, membership will cost £20 yearly registration fee.
