Commodore Yachting is one of the leading Rya Sailing Schools and Yacht Charter companies in the South. Established over 10 years ago Commodore Yachting has a fleet of company owned luxury yachts and are able to offer bare boat charter in the solent and skippered yacht charter as well as a full range corporate sailing events and team building events. Our RYA Training Centre status enables us to provide all RYA practical sailing courses including .Start Yachting, Competent Crew, Day Skipper, Yachtmaster Coastal and Yachtmaster Offshore. Our base at Gosport Marina in Portsmouth Harbour has classroom facilities to provide shore based courses including Day Skipper theory, Coastal Skipper theory, Yachtmaster theory. Short one day courses such as VHF/SRC, Diesel Engine and First Aid courses are also run from our base in Gosport on a regular basis. With easy access to the sheltered sailing waters of the Solent we have a proven track record for providing the highest quality tuition to thousands of students from Start Yachting to Yachtmaster. As an RYA sailing school we are committed to providing the best training available in a safe, informative and above all fun environment, with a team of highly experienced instructors. Many of our customers have the confidence to expand their sailing experience by participating in the world most prestigious yacht race the Fastnet race.
