Nutrition and Weight Management courses are also available and Pilates sessions. These sessions can be carried out on a One to One basis or in small groups. We also offer a range of Holistic Therapies including Aromatherapy massage and Indian Head Massage and these are carried out in Clients home or at our studio. After an intial consultation (free of charge) goals are set, both short term and long term and expectations are discussed with the Qualified Trainer and a program is put together for the person's needs with realistic timescales.
