Up to date information by an experienced and pragmatic midwife, in an informal and fun way. Blooming Babies also offers Aquanatal classes at the Nuffield Health and Well-Being Centre. Improving general fitness, muscluar, strength and endurance, as well as post exercise relaxation. These sessions are held on a monday evening, but are soon to be held through the day on a tuesday also. Non-Members welcome!
