Congratulations on your new Pregnancy or maybe even the birth of your new child. A doula believes in ''Mothering the Mother'', enabling the women to have the most satisfying and empowering time that she can during her pregnancy, birth and the early days as a new mum. As a doula I will be there to help make this YOUR birth. You will be supported before during and after with care tailored for your specific needs in mind. Birth Doula includes: Two Antenatal sessions where we will talk about past birth experiances, OFP, Birth physiology and any other topics that you would like to know more about. We will also do a birth plan so that we are both informed and so that I know what your hopes and expectations are. Each meeting will last approximatly two hours although extra meeting can be arranged. Contact via telephone and e-mail to answer any questions you may have, to talk through any worries or for any information regarding pregnancy, birth and postnatal matters. I have a range of Books and Dvds that you may borrow and I have a list of websites which you my find of use. On call For 24hours from 14 days before your due date, until you have had your baby. Should your baby decided to make an enterance before this period I will do everything I can to be there for you. Continuous support during labour until two hours after you have had your baby or until you feel comfortable for me to leave. One Post-natal session where I can assist you with breastfeeding, debrief your birth with you and admire your beautiful new baby For this package the rate is £200*
