The yoga practice helps to develop a new healthy flexible body, improve your energy and vitality based on postures, breathing, concentration and relaxation with an expert teacher. The friendly surroundings ensure individuals practice in a safe and secure environment. Beverley is a member of the Yoga Allience and she also teaches at LA Fitness. The bliss of having just finished a successful yoga practice is unlike anything else. An hour of maintaining focused control over the body and breath re-energises , helps to relieve tiredness, stress. Ready to face the day. Beverley''s approach to yoga is gentle on the body, gradually building to a more demanding practice. A gradual sustained change in your breathing, posture and mobility will building a connection between body, mind and spirit. The journey to her own yoga practice has been to better health, improved strength, flexibility and a calmer more peaceful existence. It is her wish to share this experience, what ever your age and ability. Beverley teaches as she would like to be taught - with patience, kindness, optimism and encouragement to trust in one''s self. Yoga For Life is a small friendly class. Mats, belts and blocks provided. Private sessions one to one to build your confidence or to have a personalised yoga programme for you, are available at Beverley''s studio based in her home or she will come to you.
