We are a small family run business based on the banks of the Camel estuary on the beautiful north coast of Cornwall.
Working in partnership with local oyster farmers, we buy the empty shells that would otherwise be discarded. These are sorted for size and suitability, rigorously cleaned by hand and left to dry and bleach in the sun. They are then filled with pure white wax and carefully packed into our handmade boxes.
