We then offer these properties to estate agents who sell them directly to their own registered buyers or to those buyers which have expressed interest through our website www.propertyard.co.uk .

We do not sell properties direct to the public; instead we use the large number of estate agents in England and Wales (over 15,000) to sell our customers properties. In other words, we act as a middle-man between Vendors/sellers and Estate Agents.
