UngLo Architects is a young architectural practice but run by two experienced and fully qualified, ARB registered architects. Formed in 2009 by Chan Ung and Sabina Lo after many years working together in a large award winning London practice, and both having reached the level of Associate. They shared a passion for architecture with all its creative and practical challenges. UngLo Architects believes in quality architecture and professional, personal service. Their clients benefit from their wide and practical experiences each gained from over ten years working in large, successful London practices but with the friendly, one to one service of a smaller practice. UngLo Architects is different. They offer flexible services with a cost effective, pay as you go fee structure. The traditional architect''s fee of a percentage rate of the overall project is frustrating for most budget conscious clients as there is no set fee to allow for. UngLo Architects allow clients have the flexibility to control the costs and levels of service as their needs and budgets require. UngLo Architects LLP are fully qualified and ARB registered Architects. Chan Ung, graduate of Birmingham School of Architecture, BA (Hons) in Architectural Studies (RIBA Part 1) in 1996; gained Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture (RIBA Part 2) 2000, and Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA Part 3) 2004 at University of Westminster. Sabina Lo, studied at Cardiff University, gained her BSc in Architectural Studies (RIBA Part 1) 1995 and BArch (RIBA Part 2) 2000; and Professional Practice (RIBA Part 3) 2006 at London South Bank University.
