Since qualifying in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy in 2003, I have worked for both Bath and Bristol Rugby Club in the Premiership as well as Triathletes, Jui-Jitsu and MMA Fighters, and members of the public either preparing themselves for a competition or simply to ease a sore back and neck from the strains of office work. A ski season in Canada gave me the opportunity to work in a Spa environment leaving me with the skills to treat an array of people differing from that of an athlete. I currently run 2 clinics; Fitness First, Bath (Tues 4pm-8pm, Thurs 12pm-4pm & Fri 3pm-7pm) and Sepia Beauty Salon, 31a High Street, Warmley, Bristol. (Tues 10am-12pm & Fri 10am-1pm) A taster session can be booked at £10 for 15 minutes for those who may not be sure about about Remedial Massage. Alternatively a 30 minute appointment is £27.00 and 60 minutes £42.00. There are many misconceptions about Sports Massage. Anyone can benefit from a treatment, it does not have to hurt to be beneficial and I will tailor every treatment to your specific needs.
