Domestic Management

The Secret Housewife is a bespoke domestic management service, here to make your time at home, time well spent. By offering a range of services including housekeeping, catering, purchasing domestic supplies and personal assisting, we aim to make your domestic life, more time rich! As a local company based in Sandbanks, we cover the surrounding area, including Lilliput, Evening Hill, Canford Cliffs, Parkstone, Penn Hill, Ashley Cross, Talbot Woods, Branksome, Branksome Park, Westbourne...to name a few. In terms of housekeeping on a domestic level, we can offer daily/weekly/biweekly/one off housekeeping - what ever the client requires to fit in with their lifestyle. All the girls are trained to a very high level, so you can guarantee our work. We can also provide end of/pre tenancy, holiday let cleans and deep cleans. For this we use industrial steam cleaners, and will call on our preferred sub-contractors to carry out tasks such as carpet cleaning, oven cleaning, exterior window cleaning etc. This would all be included in the final quote and can all be arranged through The Secret Housewife. Booking a subcontractor through The Secret Housewife will not cost you anymore than their standard rates and you are guaranteed a reliable, experienced sub-contractor who you know will do a good job. We also offer a catering service where we can arrange any catering, including day to day meals, intimate dinner parties, larger parties, BBQ''s. The third string to our bow is our supplies service for which we can purchase food and hardware goods for the home. We currently have clients who are perhaps elderly or have limited mobility and we are able to pick up items for them and deliver to their home. This service would also work for holiday homes if someone wanted essential goods left in a flat for the new tenants arrival. This provides them with a service where they have someone they know and trust arriving at their door and unpacking the goods. The final service we offer is personal assisting. For this we can do almost anything within a domestic realm. So far to date we have ordered flowers, booked chauffeured cars to and from the airport, housesitting, helped source childcare, arranged all sorts of contractors including, people to mend electric gates, painters & decorators, fencing, oven cleaning, organised removal men. All the sub-contractors I use are hand picked by me for being local, family run, experienced companies. I have worked with all of them on previous jobs and can guarantee their work.
