I set up Handymanmartyn because I found it all too difficult to find decent tradespeople who can be relied upon with frequent no shows and a wide variety price. Added to this, it takes time to build up a relationship with people, much like it does with a doctor or dentist, yet we invite them into our homes and run the risk of a poor service where we are most vulnerable. I simply do not believe this is acceptable. On a personal basis, I know that running a home is difficult enough, and that having a reliable handyperson to hand for practical help and advice can be invaluable. Professionally, managing budgets and deadlines to get properties maintained within target is a constant challenge, and again reliability and quality is paramount. It is these problems that handyman martyn has a focus to overcome, leaving my clients with a well maintained home and a great customer experience.
