My classes are high energy and infused with the great Latin rhythms of Cumbia, Salsa, Bachatta, Merengue, reggaton and Samba and music from my Caribbean roots such as soca, zouk and calypso. I keep my classes fresh with fun routines and music to make sure you''ll enjoy them and get a great workout regardless of your fitness levels and dance ability.
