Our classes include: Alexander Technique, Ballet for Kids, Ballet, Five Rhythms, Keep Fit, Mindfulness, Pilates, Salsa, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba. Our therapies, delivered by practitioners chosen with the highest professional standards, include: Acupuncture, Ayurveda, Craniosacral Therapy, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Natural Lift Facial, Naturopathy and Nutrition, Orthopathy, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Shiatsu and Sports Injury and Remedial Massage. Our Counselling Service offers a broad range of therapeutic approaches which can be of help with most emotional issues. Our team of skilled and experienced professionals are qualified in Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), one-to-one Counselling, and Couples and Family Therapy. We support people with many different concerns – including bereavement, eating difficulties, relationship issues, depression, anxiety as well as substance misuse, health and infertility. For people on benefits or in difficult financial circumstances, we offer a low cost service. In partnership with Enchanted Garden Events, we can cater for weddings, receptions, parties, wakes, christenings and other celebrations. Our large refurbished rooms and our lovely grounds offer a wonderful blank canvas on which to create your own special event.
