Totally Holistic Health was founded by Julie Elder, a fully qualified therapist who specialises in providing complementary therapies in the North Cheshire area. Julie’s main mission is to be able to make holistic therapies more available to everyone. Stress is such a major factor in most illnesses. It makes the body vulnerable to all sorts of infections by depressing the body’s immune system. Holistic therapies help the body to be able to deal with stress better by inducing a feeling of wellbeing, helping the body to relax therefore helping to eliminate stress, tension and toxins from the body. Julie aims to be able to provide her clients when required with advice on relaxation techniques and nutritional advice to enable them to maintain excellent health and wellbeing for both the body and mind.
